Our Leadership

Cedar Ridge Capital Partners is a director-managed limited liability company owned by its three founding members, Nathan Harris, Chance Paschall and David Luckey.  Our three founders have extensive combined experience in both financial services and real estate related investments.

Nathan Harris

Nathan Harris is the Company’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is a self-starter and an entrepreneur at heart, with a career spanning 20 years in the banking industry and as a founder of his own consulting company. Nathan has primarily enjoyed helping his clients grow their business, clients list, and ultimately their net worth by blending his banking career with an entrepreneurial eye that has helped separate him from other banking professionals. He has helped lead productive teams, has grown and maintained significant commercial lending portfolios at different lending institutions, and has worked with high net-worth individuals, all while keeping a client-first focus.

Nathan enjoys spending time with his family, friends and those who know him best. He has served on the Lebanon Housing Authority Commission for the last ten years and has and spent six years serving on the Historic Lebanon Board where he was the chair for the final two years. Nathan and his family are active members at College Hills Church of Christ.
